At vSkul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• Request made within 30 days of purchase
• Course completion is less than 30%
• No previous refund requests for the same course
• Valid reason provided for refund request

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
• Courses with more than 30% completion
• Promotional or discounted courses (unless required by law)
• Subscription fees (see our subscription cancellation policy)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Log in to your vSkul account
2. Navigate to "My Courses"
3. Click on the course you wish to refund
4. Select "Request Refund" and provide a reason
5. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

6. Instructor Revenue Share

When a refund is issued, the instructor's revenue share for that course will be reversed. This ensures fairness for both students and instructors.

7. Abuse Prevention

vSkul reserves the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, including:

• Excessive refund requests
• Downloading course materials before requesting refund
• Completing most of the course before requesting refund
